Camp California operates 1 one-week session and 4 two-week sessions for Resident Camp. Teen Adventure and Teen Sailing offers 4 two-week sessions.

A non-refundable registration deposit is required to reserve a space in your desired session.
Resident Camp Deposit: €350
Teen Adventure/Sailing Deposit: €450
The balance is due May 1st. If registering after May 1st, the full balance needs to be paid at the time of registration.
Proof of medical insurance is required for all campers during their stay at camp. Camp California offers competitive insurance at a rate of €20 for one week and €40 for two weeks, which can be arranged with our camp office.

Camp California offers a wide variety of options for our families to get to and from camp. We charter buses from a variety of European cities and airports to accommodate your camper’s travel needs.
Please Note: Transportation costs are not included in the camp tuition prices listed above; these are additional charges based on the services your camper may need.

If a camper is unable to arrive or depart from these airport destinations during the above-mentioned times, out-of-schedule pick-ups can be arranged for a fee of between €50 - €500.
Parents are welcome to drive campers to camp. For families arriving by car, please note the times for drop-off and pick-up:
Opening Day – Sunday between 15:00 and 17:00
Closing Day – Saturday between 9:00 and 11:00.
Your local Camp California Office or Representative will be available to assist with and coordinate travel arrangements for your camper.
If a camper cancels before before May 1st due to medical reasons that can be fully documented with a physician’s written explanation, a full refund will be sent to the participant less the application deposit.
If a camper cancels after May 1st due to medical reasons that can be fully documented with a physician’s written explanation, a refund will be sent to the participant, less the application deposit and €200 cancellation fee.
If a camper cancels for any other reason, a 50% refund of the full program fee will be returned.
Campers canceling within two weeks of the start of the session are not eligible for a refund apart from documented medical reasons. For medical reasons, the program fee will be returned less the application deposit and €200 cancellation fee. Written documentation must be submitted within 10 days of cancellation.
If a camper cancels in case of unforeseen circumstances (pandemics, health authorities or federal law changes), the camper application and fees will be rolled over to the next camp season.
If Camp is unable to open or has to close due to unforeseen circumstances (pandemics, health authorities or federal law changes), camper application and fees can be rolled over to the next camp season or a refund of fees can be requested.
